Flower Omakase Workshop
Omakase is, first and foremost, about the freshness and uniqueness of the ingredients. That’s why we carefully select seasonal flowers and foliage, even incorporating full branches into the setting, allowing participants to feel as if they are creating amidst a lush floral landscape. The second essence of Omakase lies in the phrase, “Trust my choice.” We invite participants to place their trust in the expertise of our floral designers, embracing the curated selection of blooms and guided techniques to co-create truly one-of-a-kind arrangements.
Concept of
Flower Omakase Workshop
We envision our floral salon as a thoughtfully curated and ongoing series. “Series” means planning with regularity—ensuring themes are connected yet never repetitive. Each session is designed like an unboxing experience, offering a unique floral journey where the timing, venue, floral materials, and spatial concepts vary every time, creating an element of delightful surprise. For instance, our first salon took place at Vila Alba, a venue exuding the charm of an Italian castle. With its 19th-century hand-painted murals as the backdrop, oil-painting-inspired floral arrangements, and an afternoon tea table set in a grand castle style, we crafted an experience filled with unexpected beauty.
Omakase is built on two key principles. First, it emphasizes the freshness and uniqueness of ingredients. Similarly, we select seasonal, freshly sourced flowers and foliage, sometimes even incorporating entire branches to create an immersive floral environment. The second essence of Omakase is “trust in the expert’s choice.” We invite participants to embrace the expertise of our floral designers, trust in the selection of flowers and materials, and follow the guided techniques to create one-of-a-kind floral arrangements.
